Located in the heart of Clerkenwell, Klaco House is a contemporary office space with generous natural light, clean architectural lines and a creative edge. Our brief was to style the interiors for marketing, helping prospective tenants visualise the full potential of the space through carefully considered furniture, accessories and artwork.
We introduced mid-century-inspired pieces in burnt orange and walnut tones to bring energy and cohesion, while layered accessories and sculptural objects added depth and visual interest.
In communal areas, we created a sense of relaxed sophistication. The lounge was styled with a textured rust sofa, playful checkerboard cushion and a curated mix of ceramics and books to suggest a lived-in, creative environment. Artwork played a key role throughout, with bold Bauhaus-inspired prints and abstract forms bringing structure and vibrancy to the walls.
Meeting rooms and quieter corners were softened with greenery, natural textures and thoughtful details to strike a balance between functionality and calm. The result is a cohesive and characterful workspace; one that highlights Klaco House’s creative potential and invites tenants to imagine it as their own.
