Set in the heart of Hatton Garden, this vibrant duplex workspace was styled to speak directly to creative, design-led tenants. The space itself offered an incredible base with exposed brickwork, industrial ducting and architectural character, but it was important to bring warmth and human energy to balance the scale and structure.

Our brief was to style the space in a way that felt approachable and inspiring, while still polished enough to appeal to commercial tenants. We layered in soft, tactile elements through shelf styling, statement accessories and rich tonal accents that warmed up the industrial backdrop. Books, ceramics and contemporary art were chosen to spark imagination, encouraging tenants to envision the space as both a functional HQ and a dynamic client-facing environment.

The kitchen area was styled with playful colour and clean simplicity, allowing the bold palette to shine while feeling practical and user-friendly. Green acoustic booths were given a soft touch with planting and tonal accessories, and communal spaces were styled to reflect the rhythm of a real workday with quiet breakout areas and collaborative conversation zones.

The result is a thoughtfully curated workspace that balances creativity with clarity, inviting prospective tenants to imagine the space not just as an office, but as a place to build culture, connection and momentum.
